Ascenscion Symptoms and Energy Update :
We have been experiencing a LOT of added ascenscion symptoms this past month . Some of which is due to the added solar flare activity, which also contributed to the storms, the hurricanes and the shifting of earths/ gaias own energy as well.
Our Carbon based vessels are being upgraded more directly now and the guardians tell me this is due to some dense and stuck energies in the bodies. It is good to remember that the transformations and metamorphosis humanity is undergoing now is the first time on earth such a collective upgrade has occured.
Some of the things that can occur during ascenscion can include facing an illness. This is because the crystalline body is being upgraded and the dense carbon material must be purged. I have seen with galactic vision/ psychic abilities many woth sicknesses in their bodies recently. One had a throat full of old energy needing healing, one had a prostrate full of infection, one with a stomach full of illness. Please know that this can be transmuted. But first you need to make your health a priority. ✨ Focus on well being. ✨ Focus on heaming and restoration of smiling happy cells. ✨ Speak into your body and lovingly command it to heal. ✨get your body alkaline . ✨ drink lots of water with added mineral salts at times.
Symptoms now include but not limited to:
✨extreme tiredness
✨fatigue
✨exhaustion
✨restless energy
✨depression
✨irritation
✨feeling disoriented
✨feelings of loneliness and despair
✨confusion and chaos
✨lack of focus
✨difficulty concentrating
These are some of the energies coming on with all that is occurring now. We are all feeling it.
Drink lots of water. Rest when you need it. And remember, focus on one task at a time. Pick the most important one and work your way through them one at a time as to not be overwhelmed.
